Diagnostics before repair, courier services (round trip)

Description
The COVID situation sets new requirements and additional responsibility. If you want to hand over your DREAME device for service, you must select the diagnostics service below and make payment by bank card or online banking. After the payment is made, a DPD shipping label will be sent to your email. The device must be packed, the received label must be affixed to the package, and we will arrange for the courier to pick it up from you.
Once DREAME has arrived at the service center, our specialists will perform diagnostics and inform you about the necessary repair work, the time required, and the costs. After approval, an invoice will be prepared. You will receive the completed and repaired device at the nearest DPD parcel locker.
